How to order? Send us a DM to access our order form. Make sure that you read our terms and conditions before filling out and submitting your order.
Where are you located? Cebu City (we only accept orders within Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu City, & Talisay City)
What are the MOP? Cash on Delivery, GCash & Maya only.
What are the MOD? Angkas, Grab, Lalamove, and Maxim but we also offer meet-ups inside Cebu Doctors’ University.
Why are the prices of your products different from Muji PH? Our Muji supplies are from HK so our quotas for each product are adjusted based on how they are priced in HK as well as how much they are sold in PH. Muji HK is cheaper, more complete, and have a lot of exclusive items found in-store. Since Muji is no longer available in Cebu, we as resellers are buying them for your convenience.
Are your Muji pens original? Yes. All our Muji ballpens, highlighters, refills, and notebooks are 100% AUTHENTIC and bought in-store.
Why do you only sell a few Muji products onhand? As much as we want to order each stationery product there is in Muji, we do not want to hoard items that are not popular here in Cebu. We also make sure to restock the items that sell well and/or get sold out right away. We will, however, try to introduce new Muji items in our list of products every other month which are highly requested by the public.
Can we order items that you do not usually resell in your shop? Yes. Just send us a photo or inform us the details of the product you would like us to purchase for you and we will send you a quota. We will then include your order in our pre-orders masterlist and update you once it has arrived.
Do you accept downpayments? Yes. You may pay FULL as you order or pay 50%. Your remaining balance should be sent or given on the day of your delivery.
**My GCash balance is not enough. Is it possible to pay some through GCash and the remaining through COD?** Yes, as long as the amount you send us through GCash is 50% of your total purchase. If not, we can give you a grace period to cash-in or the other option to pay full in COD.
When is your next pre-orders? We accept pre-orders anytime and purchase them as a batch once or twice a month, depending on the demand. We cater a maximum of 20 slots per batch.
Can I order in bulk? Yes, but only for some products such as pens and notebooks as long as they are available. For instance, you want to purchase 20 black pens but our remaining onhand stocks are less than 20, we can include you in our list for pre-orders. Prices will however be the same unless ordered under PASABUY or stated as a special promo. Our shop also accepts bulk orders for items you wish to send out as gifts to more than 10 people.
Do you have a purchase limit? For onhand pens, you can order up to 20 pcs. per color and size while each customer can only order 10 pcs. of pen refills. The maximum quantity for each item in pre-orders and PASABUY will be different so bulk orders can be done.
When will I receive my order? Our ETA for most pre-orders is about 1 month after we purchase them. However, this may arrive earlier to our Cebu address once they are shipped right away by our supplier. Please also take note the time we spend to sort and pack your orders as this shop is managed by students.
